If you wish to order an item that is “Information for Shoppers”, we will be happy to fill the order for you. Just notify us of your intent by email to sales@elsaortiz.com. Please clearly describe the product you want to buy (for example, give the product variant name if there are multiple options to choose from). We then will temporarily change settings to allow order and notify you immediately by return email that you can custom order the product. Please do so immediately to help avoid the potential confusion resulting from another customer ordering the item before you.
We guarantee delivery of custom orders during our September sale in November. So, if you place such an order, you will receive the products well before Christmas.
