We buy these purses from Paulina, in Panajachel, Guatemala. The front of each bag is cut from a hand embroidered Guipile, the traditional blouse of Mayan women. The back of the bags are from Cortes, their tradional skirts. Both zippers are 7 inches long. The bags are 7.5 inches deep and 9 inches wide at the bottom. The strap is 4 ft long, fine as a shoulder or a cross-body strap.
